Norwalk City Hall Event
I was asked to make Cheesecake pops for a reception at Norwalk City Hall. The event was Photographs called "Strength and Elegance:-Winning Photographs From a Losing Season" by Gina Arena, photography teacher at Weston High School.
Baby Shower Cake
I recieved an order for a Girl's Baby Shower Strawberry Shortcake. So i decided to do a Italian sponge cake, inside fresh whip cream and fresh strawberries with a vanilla buttercream frosting. And made some fondant decorations.
Stella & Dot Jewerly Event
I recieved an order of 60 cupcakes for this event. So, I made cupcake: Banana Pecan w/ Vanilla Frosting, Chocolate w/ Chocolate Chip Mint Frosting, Red Velvet w/ Cream Cheese Godiva Chocolate Frosting, Vanilla w/ Chocolate Mousse Sugar Rose Frosting, and Tiramisu w/ Mascarpone Lady Finger Frosting.
I also built the cupcake stand to go with her theme.
